A few months ago we had our '04 Dodge Diesel Pickup transmission rebuilt at Mr. Transmission in Wilsonville, OR. We had test driven the pickup around the local area for a while and everything seemed to be fine. So, in March we made a long distance trip down to San Diego, CA pulling a fifth wheel trailer. About the time we got to Los Angeles, CA we started having problems with the transmission slipping in second gear. We managed to drive the truck home successfully by babying second gear. I contacted Bob at Mr. Transmission about the issue, and in the midst of the Covid-19 Crisis he agreed to honor his warranty and repair my transmission as soon as he could. He had to again remove the transmission in order to complete the repairs. The defective parts were replaced, and the transmission was reinstalled in the pickup and seems to be running great at this time. Even though this was a strain on him financially right now, the job was completed in a timely manner. I would use him again and I would recommend Mr. Transmission in Wilsonville to anyone else. I was very happy with the way he resolved the problem under warranty, at no cost to me.
