So glad I contacted Milex Mr. Transmission, they were wonderful and saved me a load of dough. Chevy Equinox blower motor for AC/Heat fan was suddenly making crazy noises, like cards in a bicycle spoke. Called the dealer who said it could be a bad blower motor or debris problem, $200 to $700. Meantime I called Mr. Transmission, was told they could evaluate the problem within 20 minutes and would go from there. I arrived and met Bob the owner, who was a pleasure to chat with; his very capable team rapidly found a mouse inside the blower motor causing the problem (RIP cute little mouse). They also replaced the cabin air filter full of mousey's food stash. Appreciated advice from the guys to put a small bag of Mint in the glove box as a future mouse deterrent. All this on the spot for only $130. I could not have been happier. Thank you so much Milex Mr. Transmission, you'll be my first call for future fix-it needs!

Check engin light comes on while returning from a Holliday trip, did some online research and kept commin back to Milex Mr. Transmission. Called and spoke to Billy, he suggested I come as soon as I can so they could take a look, so I did. They ran diagnostics right away and determined a cylinder misfire. I needed a simple tune up not a new top end, Bob the owner shot me strait honest information on price and followed through with the service at the agreed amount. It's hard to find that theses days !! My F-150 runs and sounds better than ever. Ty.

Needed an oil change, and saw these guys online and were near me. Website said you could come in any time, but I decided to call ahead and see if they had the time. I feel that was a good move, as when they answered and I asked, they said they were real busy that day and asked if tomorrow would be better. I accepted and booked a time tomorrow. Tomorrow rolled around and figures out, a lot more people were coming in with crazy problems, needing their help, and asked if I could book it for tomorrow again. Seeing my problem as far inferior and thinking I'd be lower on the priory queue, I accepted once more. It wasn't like I was busy or anything so I had the time and luxury it seemed the others in there did no have. third day rolls around and I come back in and it actually looked like a very chill day for them. They took my car and I walked across the street for a bite to eat. Spent maybe 10 minutes before getting a call and they told me they were done with the oil change, but upon their inspection the air filter was trashed. Offered me a replacement for 20$. I don't know too much about cars, so I accepted, and later tried looking up just air filters online. Mind you, I have no idea what's in my car, or what they even did if anything, and perhaps it was only placebo, but I felt my A/C was a lot better driving back home after that.All in all, I'd say it was worth the wait, especially considering he cut me 10$ off the oil change for waiting so long, bringing my total from the oil change and air filter to 30$.

Bob was an amazing person and genuinely cares about his customers and not making money off customers. I took my 2010 Nissan Maxima to Bob for an inspection. I was informed that it was indeed my transmission. I informed Bob that I was leaving and I think it was best to take it to nissan to have them fix it. Bob told me he doesnt think they will give me a fair price or warranty on my transmission , but I was welcome to look around. I called nissan and they were only able to give me a year on 12,000 miles. Bob was able to workout a deal that allowed me to move and if any issues were to come a way to have it shipped back and be repaired. AMAZING PERSON and I would highly recommend him and his services.

Bob, the owner of Milex Mr Transmission has created a stellar repair shop in just a handful of years, no easy task. This shop is by far the most honest, trustworthy shop I've ever had my vehicles serviced at. I've been taking my vehicles to them for over 2 years now and I will not trust anyone else. Thank you Bob and Cammy!

I know enough about cars to tell when I'm being swindled or straight up lied to about phantom problems with my car. I've had this experience several times with several different places I've taken my cars through the year. Bob and Cammy (the Owners) however, are fantastic people. They take the time to educate you about your car, if they can be of service they are of great help, and even shop out parts or other shops if need be. Great people that care about their customers and community.
