They squeezed me in for a system code check (after a "check engine" light) so that we could be assured that everything was working well before a longer drive that we needed to take! Appreciated that very much!!!!!

I was having problems with my older Ford Expedition and went online to look for repair shops near me and Milex wilsonville came up as a nearby repair business and it had very good reviews, so I decided to call. I talked to the owner Bob and told him what I thought might be the issue and to see if I could get a quote. He was very nice and was asking me questions to try to get an idea what was going on with my vehicle... I thought it might be a transmission issue... which was not the case at all after I had it towed to the shop and they were able to see it in person. To make a long story short the expedition was serviced for a power steering Issue and another minor fluid change job and it was all done on a timely manner. I though the price was fair and communication with Bob was fantastic... I received multiple calls from him and he responded to my texts within minutes. His employees are professional and knowledgeable as I was able to meet and talk to a couple of them when I was in there a couple times when they first received my vehicle and when I went back to pay for the final invoice and pick up the truck. The Ford is running well and they have a one year warranty... I am happy with the work they did and most importantly the communication back and forth ....Thanks again and I will be back for any unforeseen repairs in the future. Highly recommended!.
