Bob, (owner) and Kenyon, (mechanic) went above and beyond to figure out an overheating issue. They did water pump and timing belt, then a/c compressor needed replaced. But it still kept saying it was overheating- Kenyon traced the culprit down and fixed it. I won’t go anywhere else.Thank you for everything

I saw Mr Transmission on 08/11/2020 and he helped diagnose my transmission and other engine problems in my Mustang. He was very fast and honest. It took him less than an hour. On top of that he did not pressure me to do the service. I actually didn't do the service because the car was not worth it, however if I need help in the future Ill go to Mr. Transmission.

I had my transmission rebuilt here last year, I do NOT recommend. I repeatedly called stating my transmission was STILL not shifting correctly after repair, driving worse at times. I took my vehicle in four times while under warranty, driving 2.5 hours each way to the shop each time to have it assessed and they failed to determine the cause of the transmission issue. They refused to acknowledge the issue until warranty was expired and they were not held liable. I took my car into a shop for an unrelated issue, when test driving after the repair, they immediately acknowledged the issue with the transmission and misfires in shifting. Spent $3,000 on a rebuilt transmission that drives worse than when I brought it to the shop. Very nice owner, dishonest work.
