I have to start out by saying how amazing this place was! My friend and I were visiting the area (from WA) with my baby while our husbands were off doing their own thing. 30 minutes away from the hotel my battery light went off. I found out at another shop that my alternator went out, but they didn’t have the parts or the ability to fix it. After calling around it was clear that not many mechanics were open on a Saturday. We called Bob at Mr. Transmission and he very kindly had us come in to have the car looked at. Not only did he take us on a Saturday, his wonderful mechanic Billy replaced the part and stayed after hours to finish it for us. I am so grateful they were able to help us when we were stranded! They were extremely friendly and helpful, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Called about an oil change coupon, coupon stated synthetic blend oil would be used, I asked the guy on the phone if he could use the cheaper conventional only oil for my 2001 CRV due to what my engine builder/ regular mechanic and the manufacturer (called the dealer) state to use. Was told that they would not give me the cheaper oil due to syn blend being “better”, also told they don’t make regular conventional anymore.... called two different oil change places the dealer and parts stores all confirmed this not to be true in the slightest will not recommend this place to anyone if they can’t tell the truth.....

Peter I think there was a miscommunication. They do make conventional oil. What I attempted to say is I don't stock it and to put conventional oil in your vehicle I would have to buy it in gallon or quarts and couldn't offer the $19.99 price. We live in die on our honesty..

Check engin light comes on while returning from a Holliday trip, did some online research and kept commin back to Milex Mr. Transmission. Called and spoke to Billy, he suggested I come as soon as I can so they could take a look, so I did. They ran diagnostics right away and determined a cylinder misfire. I needed a simple tune up not a new top end, Bob the owner shot me strait honest information on price and followed through with the service at the agreed amount. It's hard to find that theses days !! My F-150 runs and sounds better than ever. Ty.

Only place I trust with my car. I brought it in and they had little to go off of since the issue was sporadic and not something you’d see all the time. But they figured it out quickly, fixed the problem, and charged me a more than fair price for the excellent work that was done. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need anything else done. Bob and the crew here are friendly and professional.

I have taken all my vehicles to Milex over the past 3 years. This last time my 2000 Pontiac was having some transmission issues. Bob and his team took a look at it and it only needed the transmission fluid replaced. They could have easily told me it needed to be rebuilt and/or replaced. It's been over a year now and the Pontiac is still going strong. Thank you!

I recently got an oil change done on my truck there and the techs were well trained, the owner, ( Bob) was such a nice guy. They went over everything and recommended the services I needed to get done. I would definitely recommend going to this shop. And it was affordable!!

We took our car to Bob and he gave his honest opinion about how to fix the car and about our options. Very honest and flexible as he squeezed us in at the last minute.

Owner was very kind and offered me a killer price on my oil change for having to wait. Despite the deal we had, oil changes here and cheaper than anywhere else in Wilsonville. EDIT: Turns out I got a deal because there was a communication issue, I had asked for full synthetic, received a receipt for full synthetic, but actually got a 50/50 blend of synthetic and traditional, which had to be drained later that month. However, it doesn't take away from the fact that they gave me a deal for waiting, so four stars instead of five.

Needed an oil change, and saw these guys online and were near me. Website said you could come in any time, but I decided to call ahead and see if they had the time. I feel that was a good move, as when they answered and I asked, they said they were real busy that day and asked if tomorrow would be better. I accepted and booked a time tomorrow. Tomorrow rolled around and figures out, a lot more people were coming in with crazy problems, needing their help, and asked if I could book it for tomorrow again. Seeing my problem as far inferior and thinking I'd be lower on the priory queue, I accepted once more. It wasn't like I was busy or anything so I had the time and luxury it seemed the others in there did no have. third day rolls around and I come back in and it actually looked like a very chill day for them. They took my car and I walked across the street for a bite to eat. Spent maybe 10 minutes before getting a call and they told me they were done with the oil change, but upon their inspection the air filter was trashed. Offered me a replacement for 20$. I don't know too much about cars, so I accepted, and later tried looking up just air filters online. Mind you, I have no idea what's in my car, or what they even did if anything, and perhaps it was only placebo, but I felt my A/C was a lot better driving back home after that.All in all, I'd say it was worth the wait, especially considering he cut me 10$ off the oil change for waiting so long, bringing my total from the oil change and air filter to 30$.

Bob was an amazing person and genuinely cares about his customers and not making money off customers. I took my 2010 Nissan Maxima to Bob for an inspection. I was informed that it was indeed my transmission. I informed Bob that I was leaving and I think it was best to take it to nissan to have them fix it. Bob told me he doesnt think they will give me a fair price or warranty on my transmission , but I was welcome to look around. I called nissan and they were only able to give me a year on 12,000 miles. Bob was able to workout a deal that allowed me to move and if any issues were to come a way to have it shipped back and be repaired. AMAZING PERSON and I would highly recommend him and his services.
