Owner was very kind and offered me a killer price on my oil change for having to wait. Despite the deal we had, oil changes here and cheaper than anywhere else in wilsonville.

My girlfriend and I went here when her car ignition wouldn't turnover and we were also seeing weird dashboard lighting issues - thought maybe there was an electrical short. Even though they were almost closed and booked solid on Labor Day weekend, they still managed to fit us in and even stayed open late for us. The next morning, they did a quick diagnostics check and discovered that it was likely a dead battery. They charge $95/hour in min. half hour increments. We went to Costco and bought a new battery, then I came back to Mr. Transmission and installed it for her, which they let me do right outside of the garage. One of the mechanics came over twice when I was installing it to make sure I was doing it right, and used his power tool to secure it for me (I only had a manual socket wrench which would have taken 3x longer). They were all super chill, very friendly and honest, and in the end only charged us for a half hour of labor. Bob was the name of the guy who answered the phone and helped us out when we first got there. Great guy. Great experience.

While traveling to a family reunion on the Oregon Coast, the transmission failed on my 1997 Dodge Xplorer RV. Bob at Milex Mr Transmission took great care of me and installed a rebuilt transmission and also made arrangements for a rental car. The new transmission has worked perfectly and I continued on my trip to Arizona and back to Michigan.

The is no one single word to describe my experience. Awesome, fantastic, blown away. These people have really got it together. Bob and his crew really know their stuff. Incredible knowledge about it all. I had my tranny serviced, my oil changed and my coolant system flushed with new coolant. My truck is my work horse and as we are full time RV'ers we absolutely depend on it. I had the choice of three different levels of tranny service but it would depend on the current condition it was in. After pulling fluid and matching it against the recommendations of Ford motor company we decided that a full service including a pan drop and new filter was in order. They did nothing without my approval and I knew what is was going to cost before it was done. NO SURPRISES. I needed a new place to go after Firestone closed one of their locations that had what I believed was one of the finest mechanics there was. I was was wrong. After finding out that they do a lot more than just trannys I have found a new place to go. Believe in this review or not. That's up to you but for me I know where I'm going. Bob and his mechanics at milex mr transmission are excellent! They are very well experience and have always treated me very well. I couldn't ask for anything more out of my mechanic. They go above and beyond. If you need a tune up, or a serious fix... These are your guys.

I was having an issue with my car jerking forward when I was down shifting to come to a stop (I have an automatic). I took it to a mechanic that was close to my apartment to get an oil change and have them look in to it. They told me I had to see a transmission specialist for what was going on and referred me to someone else. Long story short I found out they didn't do a great job on my oil change so I decided not to go with their referral and find somewhere else to go. I looked online and found Milex Mr. Transmission. I was skeptical when they had all 5 stars but figured I would give them a shot. I am so glad I did! They ran a diagnostics and found that it was just the computer in my car that needed a reboot rather than needing an entirely new transmission (which I was told would most likely be the case by the other mechanic). When he called to tell me it would only cost me less than a few hundred dollars rather than more than a few thousand I didn't believe him! They really do look out for what is best for you and don't just try to find things wrong so they can over charge you. My car runs great now and they will have my continued business for anything and everything that is done to my car. I will refer anyone and everyone I know to them. I now see why all of their ratings are 5 stars!

I am a 75 year old grandma with no car smarts. I was referred to Bob at Milex Mr. Transmission of Wilsonville, Oregon, after having a bad experience with a Portland dealership regarding a seat belt warning light. Bob treated me with respect and patiently explained the problem, after running a diagnostic check for free. He then went the next step and called the Wilsonville dealership and explained my situation for me. I have since taken my car in to the dealership and the seat belt has been ordered and will be replaced at no cost as it is under Honda's lifetime warranty. Bob checked back with me after my visit to the dealership. I also had my brakes replaced by Bob's crew and they verified the need for new tires (which is a service not handled through Milex.) Bob has restored my faith in fair and caring professionals.

I've been to Bob and his team several times now and so have my brother and daughter. They are the best in the business. Fair and honest appraisal, high quality work and a very fair price. I won't take my cars anyplace else! Even if you are not close by it is well worth the drive.
