All three times they did the same thing--they checked the battery and cables, stated everything is fine and presented me a bill.This time I took it to Milex Mr Transmission. The manager had me explain the symptoms to the mechanic who was going to work on the car. He checked the ignition system and found a faulty component. My bill was very reasonable and now my car starts the first time, every time. Thanks guys. I highly recommend this shop.

I was referred to Milex by a coworker of mine who had a good experience. I am SO glad that I took her word for it! The staff was extremely helpful and only fixed what was absolutely necessary. Here’s a new twist – I have a noise that sounds like it is up in the front end. I was told by a different repair shop that my Tahoe needed the steering box to be replaced. I was introduced to Bob and his crew from Milex and they showed me the noise was actually in my steering column and not the steering box. My Tahoe has 160,000 miles on it and it’s not the only noise I have so we decided that we didn’t need to fix anything! I appreciated their honesty, and brought my Mazda in for a tune up and for hundreds of dollars less than the last time it it got a tune up. Bob and Cammy have a new customer for life.

Everyone at the shop is super wonderful and honest. I am always worried about going to new mechanics specially being new to Oregon and having no one to give recommendations. I definitely trust them with my car!
