I have had a great experience with Bob and Milex Mr. Transmission. I took my car into them about a year ago to get a quote to possibly replace our transmission. They had me bring the car in and informed me that we wouldn't have to replace the entire transmission but replace a few parts instead which saved us a boat load of money. Bob is very honest and genuine which I'm so happy to have found because I have had bad experiences in the past.A recent update: About 7-8 months after the transmission repair we had some similar issues to the problem that we had fixed. I called them right away and they took the car in immediately. They diagnosed the problem and honored the warranty from the previous issue so it was free of charge. They even took my car over to Les Schwab to realign the tires and they even picked up the tab!They have definitely earned my trust and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bob and his staff are all 5 star level support. I'm very picky on who works on my vehicles specially with a transmission issue. So, why is everyone rating it up for these guys? Simple, there good at what they do. Not only that, but they are kind and sincere. They listen to you and work to fix the problem. They are a new shop in our area, but I have already referred them to one of my neighbors. She was so pleased that she put a hand written recommendation at our apartment entrance. There is an old saying that says, " if someone has a good experience they will tell one of their friends, but if they have a bad one they will tell five." So far, for Mr. Transmission (milex) of Wilsonville, they're doing pretty good. I wish Bob and all the guys the best of success.

I know it's hard to find a reliable mechanic much less a place that will change your oil and not hit you up for 47 items you don't need while trying to upsell you everything they have. Luckily, I found Bob and Mr. Transmission. I took in a coupon I got in the mail for an oil change, and amazingly, they just did they oil change and while I braced for a hard sell on why I needed an air filter, spark plugs and a new motor, it never came! I found Bob to be honest and fair, another rarity in this business. I won't hesitate to go back, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
